The HP Model 616A UHF Signal Generators

The Model 616A was the first Ultra High Frequency (1800 - 4000 MHz) signal generator manufactured by Hewlett Packard, following a previous US Navy design. It was introduced in the 1948 general catalog. The HP 616A was described in the May-June 1952 issue of the Hewlett Packard Journal.
